Design and planning
We map the structure of the product, the data it holds and how each part will be protected — so decisions are made deliberately rather than discovered later.

Design system
Typography, colour, spacing and interface rules locked before a single page is assembled, so the product stays consistent as it grows.

Building the foundation
The data layer, the business logic and the way the product is deployed. Typed, tested and structured to be maintained by someone other than us.
